Mayans M.C. follows the life of Ezekiel “EZ” Reyes, president of the Mayans M.C. charter on the Cali/Mexi border. EZ has now risen to lead his brother Angel and the Santo Padre M.C. in a bloody war against their rival Sons of Anarchy. Defending the California territory and patch begins to claim lives within the club and causes strain between EZ and Angel.。夜幕之中，南宫世家和铁老大（高雄 饰）之间展开了血战。就在南宫不敌对手陷入性命攸关的存亡之际时，楚留香（郑少秋 饰）现身了，救了南宫一命。之后，南宫和铁老大双双死于非命，为了解开案件背后的谜团，楚留香暗地里开始了调查。
一次偶然中，楚留香邂逅了名为苏苏（林青霞 饰）的女子，她即将被作为祭品献祭给河神。楚留香不忍心看见苏苏年纪轻轻就香消玉损，救下了她。之后，一直将楚留香视为眼中钉的朗格斯（陆一婵 饰）掳走了胡铁花（陆一龙 饰）、宋甜儿（郑学琳 饰）和李红袖（张海伦 饰），她希望能够就此引出神出鬼没的楚留香，将他一举铲除。。
