等待电视台考试结果的浩灿得到地方公共机构6个月的实习机会。作为非正式职员的浩灿在单位尽职尽责饱受好评。他甚至想放弃做编导而安心上班，但却在正式聘用考试中被“降落伞”女职员挤掉名额落榜。。The film follows Fred, a busker, and his cat Tabby McTat who enjoy a contented life singing on the streets of London to delighted audiences. One day when chasing a thief, Fred falls and breaks his leg and is whisked away in an ambulance. What will become of the busker’s cat left alone on the city streets?。
