During the seed harvest season in Ban Rabue Village, Ngern is responsible for collecting and storing seeds for the upcoming year. Unfortunately, a group of black-faced thieves attempt to steal the seeds, and Ngern unintentionally kills them. Wanting to avoid any trouble, Ngern, along with his two friends, sets out to find guns and bring them back to protect the village.。由于两位假面骑士的活跃，邪恶组织·杰鲁修卡被消灭，但是首领又创建了新组织·毒蝎帮(又译“迪斯特龙”)。本乡猛的学弟·风见志郎偶然目击毒蝎帮的行动，而受到该邪恶组织的追杀，之后父母以及妹妹都被毒蝎帮的怪人所杀。志郎为了向毒蝎帮军复仇而要求1号和2号替他改造，但二人知道改造人的悲哀，而拒绝了他。后来1号和2号落入了毒蝎帮的陷阱而陷入危机，志郎舍命相救，被机关所伤而奄奄一息，为了救他一命，1号、2号不得不将他改造成改造人·假面骑士V3。。
