继2011年之后，香港电台与香港证监会再次合作，制作全新一辑戏剧节目“证义搜查线2”。节目共六集，故事均改编自证监会法规执行部(Enforcement Division) 近年面对的个案。包括：内地民企「造数」来港上市、社交网络无牌经营的「股坛明灯」、有意无意泄漏上市内幕的公司董事等等．．． 透过不同角色的涉案过程，看小股民、大商家、家庭主妇、甚至专业人仕，如何徘徊在金钱游戏的诱惑与法规之间。也透过证监会的执法过程，看他们如何维护本港作为自由市场的法治精神。。影片讲述一位内心充满愤恨的枪手约翰·亨利·克莱顿（基弗·萨瑟兰 Kiefer Sutherland 饰）回到故乡试图弥补和他疏远的父亲（唐纳德·萨瑟兰 Donald Sutherland 饰）的关系，力图挣脱多年前因一场意外导致弟弟威廉溺亡的阴影，却陷入了故乡资本家抢夺农民土地的争斗中。一忍再忍，直到资本家手下对约翰·亨利的父亲也就是牧师下黑手，他决定从新拿起武器， 消灭那些恶人！。Kol is an evil guy about to be executed on a distant spaceship.
