七年前罗力亚是法律界传奇，他执业以来，技术上未曾输过一单官司。但因利用法律为自己争名逐利，而受到良心的谴责，从法律界销声匿迹。七年后，见尽人生百态的罗力亚，跟表弟米佐治及好友丁家富在深水埗成立了民间法律咨询中心。他们因经常以出位手法协助草根阶层争取合法权益，成了深水埗的人民英雄，并一改法律只属有钱人专利的想法。同样是大律师的王思苦本来十分仰慕当年战无不胜的罗力亚，如今看见他沦落为地痞律师，为人态度吊儿郎当，每次碰面都对他嗤之以鼻，但二人经过数次在法庭上交手，逐渐变得惺惺相惜，甚至萌生爱意。但思苦为爬上精英阶层，设法接近城中擅于玩弄法律技巧的名牌大状蒋柏奇，结果招致官非缠身，罗力亚为了护花竟以身试法……。Andrey, the coach of the Severe Tigers children's hockey team in a small provincial town, gives his all to his pupils.
