服务台是所有岗位里最繁忙，最辛苦的一个职位，需要应对的都是突发的紧急事件。刚刚上任没多久，久美子便闯下了令航班延误的大祸，虽然久美子坚信自己没有做错，但这场意外让她开始明白，自己将要面对的，是一个又一个棘手的任务。栗山健（柏原崇 饰）是久美子的同事，性格不合的两人常常产生矛盾和争吵。。
