本片由金馬影帝李修賢自導自演，是一部80年代初「烈火戰車」式的賽車片。故事描述跛足之摩托車行東主師傅才（李修賢），對學徒阿昌（麥德羅）甚為賞識，更在每年一度的澳門賽車，助昌奪標。後知師傅才曾是東南亞十大車手之一，因一次賽車意外受傷導致殘廢。師傅才聞悉昌參與非法賽車，忙予規勸，然昌因盛名所累，欲罷不能……。本剧通过理性稳重的执行法官毛永尊、活力四射的法官助理姜新阳、古灵精怪书记员夏小雨、功夫女侠司法警察林洁，讲述了琅琊市人民法院一支专治“失信被执行人”的优秀执行团队，为解决执行难所付出的努力。。The skies above our planet never stop moving.
