故事发生在抗日战争时期。因军统谍网连遭日特破坏，戴笠从集中营选出因故做牢的陈一鸣少校，令他组建“眼镜蛇”特工小组，暗杀日特驻华头子中村一郎，领命后陈一鸣即刻招募各路高人进行培训。这时，美军上校梅乐斯找到戴笠，要他设法营救被中村逮捕的美特工史密斯夫妇。中共高级特工黄天明得到南京黄云睛送来的情报，他奉上级指示，将史密斯夫妇所在位置故意泄露给军统南京站高站长，陈一鸣带着特工小组出发了。他们化装混入医院，先救出了史密斯夫妇，然后执行此次来的首要任务：刺杀中村一郎，他们能顺利完成任务吗……。In desperate debt to their volatile drug dealer, best friends Denise and Johnny agree to a sketchy job to pay off their last hit - breaking into a decrepit stash house to steal a bag of mysterious drugs.
